Women's Healing Meditation & Empowerment Circle

Freedom in body/mind/spirit and unrestricted Universal Force flow feeds us and enhances our health on all levels. Nourishing the Soul is key to amplifying its whispers, its voice and bringing forth its manifestation in our life. Listening to the Soul's higher wisdom can guide us to appropriate nutrition on all levels…nutrients to feed body, mind and spirit. Our true blueprint shows us as radiant Beings…so how do we feed the rivers of our Light, our health on all levels?
November's Monday nights are an opportunity to sit in sacred circle and bring the synergy of a group of women committed to opening up a Field where anything is possible, shining the Light of Being and unconditional Love on, throughout each other.

Can we sit together and invite transformation of what no longer serves us?
Can we add more power and fuel to our healing creative fires because more than 2 have gathered with intention?

Care for the Soul Retreat
Nov. 12 , 2011 – 1pm – 5pm
Fee - $40
This retreat is for women looking for spiritual & emotional support in their life. It's an afternoon anchoring one's Center, and opening to the Higher Self for Illumination. We will work with a simple Medicine Wheel teaching that becomes a tool you always have in your "tool bag/medicine bag" for inner strength and awareness. We will also work with meditations, the breath, gentle flushing of cellular memories that are ready for release or transformation, simple creative art and introspective journaling and visioning to create a basic sacred anatomy map, with a plan of action for continued Soul care.

Chicken Soup for Mothers of Teenagers
Sunday Nov 13 – 6:00-8:30 pm
Fee - $20
Seriously :) this is inspired by feedback regarding our community needs. Come nourish your Soul with a bowl of chicken soup and sit in sacred circle, a support circle to honor this passage of motherhood that can stretch you, worry you and attempt to throw you. This evening includes food for the body, meditation for the whole self, humor… sharing and receiving emotional/spiritual support as a Mother.

Care for the Soul – Co-cooning
Sat. Nov. 19, 2011 1-5pm

This workshop/retreat was introduced in the spring and the depth, beauty and growth it drew out of participants was humbling and incredibly inspiring! It is now offered again in group form and in private sessions. (*see below for private sessions)
We use Nature as Reflection and Teacher …and enter the realm of caterpillar and butterfly for personal healing & transformation. Using meditation, visualization, symbology, visioning, art therapy, and harmonious energetic resonance you are guided and supported deeply into Self and Soul to ask…what is asking for transformation and rebirth? …and then you are inspired to create a vehicle to express your rebirth! This retreat continues as a 30 day process that can extend as long as you wish & need. Included you will receive a weekly email support message and are offered email, phone or personal support during the 30 day process.
This is deep Soul midwifery, inner/outer personal work that can be applied to a variety of situations… i.e. pre-conception ~ pregnancy & birth ~ personal growth or passages ~ illness or injury ~ hospice care ~ death & crossing over ~ rebirth
It is gentle and can be used with all ages. In private sessions it can be offered to children or as a parent and child process.

Girl to Wise Woman - Honoring the Sacred Passage to Womanhood
Saturday Nov. 26th – 1 – 6pm *optional potluck
This retreat is to support mothers and adult women in finding/nurturing their Sacred Feminine Center so they can assist themselves, their daughters and circles of women as they enter womanhood. This afternoon feeds the Sacred so that mothers, daughters, sisters, even crones can mature into confident, empowered women. With my background working with women in private healing sessions, pregnancy & birth …I have found that often women and mothers were not supported themselves by their mothers, their environment, the culture, the world in general and that discovering our own sacredness and healing ourselves is vital so we can support our daughters and our sisters.
This retreat will step into the power of Tribe, honoring of the Ancestors, invoking the Divine Feminine as a personal Teacher and exploration into the Divine template and physical manifestation of the Feminine power of Creation.
This new year Karen will be facilitating coming of age rituals for girls. This retreat is an introduction to the philosophy behind those offerings. If you are interested in next years offerings of this nature but cannot attend this retreat, please email me for more information.

Chicken Soup for the peri-Menopause & Menopausal Woman
Sunday Nov. 27th – 1- 5:00pm
Chicken soup with a sacred intimate sharing circle… simple deep honoring of the Feminine, support, caring, humor, SoulLight… and stories shared.
For those who have an open weekend the retreats offered this weekend can be taken back to back. This Sunday is offered as a nurturing, slower, deep maturing woman retreat… so if you've attended Sat. and felt the Feminine Force igniting you to step up to your own plate-so to speak- rest assured this Sunday will be more integrative and gentle.

"Community Nest"
To celebrate our Soul~full community of women… I am initiating a project for all participants of this month's retreats and private sessions to Co-create. It's what I call a "community nest" and this one will be built by you/us women. It will represent the coming together to build, to feed, to weave together our stories in a sense of tribe, camaraderie, understanding and mutual respect. The natural frame and some materials will be provided. You'll also be asked to bring some of your own amazing inspired inclusions to weave into our big nest along with your Light, hopes and dreams for our community of Women.
Then…
You are invited to a Fire Ceremony on Winter Solstice ~Thursday, December 22, 2011 here at the Roundhouse (on the ranch)…where you can see the finished creation…and celebrate and feed the Light within you.

Co~creating with the Divine Feminine Within ~ 3 part series
Fee - $120
This is a deep and Soulful workshop series for the serious student, that includes some serious fun with the Goddess within/without after the "work". You'll be guided to your own ancient roots of the Wise Woman traditions to invoke the sacred power of the Earth Mother combining it with the Divine Feminine, co-creating, invoking, and stoking the fires of remembrance and birthing an ally for transformation. *There will be homework on this one in between sessions, as it's a living process of creation with commitment to your deeper self.

out of the ordinary and enjoy a fun and educational guided
buffalo tour for the whole family! You will be introduced
to “Chester” our 2400 lb. bull sire, and his
herd. Learn about native buffalo history, see replicas
of artifacts made from buffalo and hear some personal
stories of living with buffalo. A great photo opportunity!
*Some
trail walking may be required on the weekday tours as
the buffalo are free to roam.
